HC Company is a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise.Human resources are the key resources of enterprises.The scientific and technological nature of high-tech enterprises determines that knowledge workers in enterprises are always the "first resources" of enterprises.However,small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises lack all kinds of knowledge workers,such as scientific and technological personnel,managers,financial personnel and marketing salesmen.It is generally believed that the proportion of scientific and technological personnel in enterprises with sustained and coordinated economic development should be more than 15%.Therefore,building a scientific and rational talent management system and incentive system is the top priority of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.At the same time,the current stage is facing the increasingly fierce market competition and deepening industrial restructuring in China.In order to cope with this change,the original incentive mechanism must be reformed accordingly,based on which to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of on-the-job employees in enterprises,so as to improve the overall performance of enterprises.However,at present HC company has the following main problems: The construction of talent learning system is incomplete,and it is difficult to meet the needs of industry development and market competition;Employee salary and welfare system construction is insufficient,which can not stimulate the enthusiasm of employees;The combination of incentive mechanism and corporate culture is relatively inadequate,which can not drive creativity in the production process.In summary,in order to solve the above problems,this study studies the incentive mechanism of HC company.Firstly,it analyses the status quo and current incentive system of HC company,then conducts a questionnaire survey on the status quo of employees' incentive.Finally,based on the above analysis,it puts forward the optimization scheme of incentive system of HC company.Establishing an incentive mechanism for employees and adopting effective incentive measures are helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,to make all kinds of personnel have a clear understanding of the future and development of enterprises,to gradually strengthen the self-confidence of enterprises,to form the core competitiveness of enterprises,to play a positive role in promoting the development of HC,and to provide reference for similar research.
