In twenty-first Century, with the arrival of the knowledge economy and the acceleratedprocess of global integration, knowledge gradually dominated the world. The competitionbetween the enterprises is also showing a growing trend, and the focus of the competition, isno longer the traditional capital, technology and other aspects of competition. As the carrier ofknowledge and the basic elements of enterprises, human play a more important role incompetition, operators and managers pay more attention to human resources. Humanresources have become the primary competition between enterprises. Who have a high IQhuman resource, who will dominate the whole world. While the staff incentive mechanism, asan important content in human resource management, plays an important in how to attracttalent, tarry talent, explore the talent, make the talent for the enterprise to create a broaderspace for development, has become a focus of concern and research problem.In the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, staff incentive mechanism isnot perfect and sometimes troubled the development of enterprises. XZ Tourism Companywas founded in2004, with the recent-year operating practices, the company created bettereconomic benefits and social benefits, and accumulated rich experience in management. But,the problem of employee turnover has been worrying the managers, restricted the rapiddevelopment of the enterprise. The prime cause, is the lack of long-term incentive mechanism.Therefore, push enterprise reform, improve the internal management of enterprises, researchand design effective incentive mechanisms of staff is to be imperative.This paper studies the domestic and foreign relevant incentive theory and enterpriseemployees incentive mechanism, uses methods as comparative analysis, qualitative andquantitative combination and the combination of theory, to analysis the principle thought ofXZ Tourism Company's present staff incentive mechanism, based on performance appraisalbased on salary system, employee occupation career specification, work motivation andcorporate culture incentive design enterprises adapt to the characteristics of the incentive mechanism for employees of the new incentive mechanism, and put forward theimplementation of guiding countermeasures.The conclusion is: the lack of scientific and effective incentive mechanisms of staff, thestaff drains the question to the enterprise core competitiveness impact is very serious,according to Hertz Berg dual factors theory, enterprises need to establish a combination ofmaterial incentive and spirit incentive, long-term incentive and short-term incentivecombination, at the same time performance based compensation as the main body, otherincentives combination of all-round, multi-level incentive mechanism. The incentivemechanism design is not only to stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff of XZTourism Company has played an important role, but also for China to accelerate the reform ofmedium and small businesses, small and medium enterprises to improve the internalmanagement mechanism, establish effective incentive mechanisms of staff also has animportant reference value.
