At present, China’s enterprise incentive mechanism is not perfect, resulting in aknowledge-based employee enthusiasm declined, lack of initiative, innovation, restrictions,and even the value of knowledge staff can not be realized in the business, and ultimately leadto the loss of knowledge staff, bring to a company’s human assets losses to businessdevelopment companies have a negative impact.This is the east by the company as a research subject, due to begin in2013with theindustry competition, loss of knowledge staff phenomenon is particularly severe and causedgreat concern. Think through survey data analysis to identify the scientific, more suitable forthe DongKe Company of knowledge staff incentives.At the beginning of this article introduces the concept and characteristics of knowledgestaff, Western and domestic incentive theory, and then introduced the DongKe of thecompany’s profile and existing incentives, incentives within the company and now theproblems are analyzed. By nature and demand characteristics of the demand for knowledgestaff to analyze, combining DongKe company knowledge staff demand the results of thequestionnaire data, using descriptive statistics, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis, statistical analysis of data regressionanalysis, so that the combination of theory and practical way of analysis.According to the data analyzed in this paper, the DongKe of the company’s knowledgestaff need incentives into five categories, namely, the ability to grow demand incentives,material needs incentives, job growth needs incentives, environmental needs incentives andinterpersonal needs incentives factor, and five categories of incentives motivate analyzedfive factors. Incentive analysis by five companies within the DongKe of knowledge staffincentives to build. In this paper, the DongKe of knowledge staff within the company carriedout the role of the analysis, for different roles selected for incentives, but also analyzes theincentives of safeguards to ensure the effective implementation of incentives.According to the characteristics of the DongKe of the company’s knowledge staffdemand and existing incentives for knowledge staff to meet the needs of the extent of the DongKe of the company’s knowledge staff incentives to choose, by analyzing a variety ofways and means of the integrated use, and combined with the actual situation be considered.Different knowledge staff there are differences in the demand side, were to meet the demandfor knowledge staff to improve knowledge DongKe Company employee satisfaction,mobilizing knowledge staff work initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, promote knowledgestaff personal goals and corporate strategic objectives in the same direction to achieve thecommon development of enterprises and knowledge staff, so this study has importanttheoretical and practical value. |
