To continuously increase the competitiveness of enterprises,domestic and overseas companies have paid more and more attention to the development and investment of IT areas in recent years.With the development of IT department and expansion of Internet+ concept,IT departments are usually more focused on the implementation of new technologies and solutions,but ignore IT service management and project management abilities.In IT service management area,the existing management of information resources become chaos;the implementation of new technologies has not been well delivered and trained;as a result,the service quality and response speed to the business departments are reduced.In IT project management,the process management is not unified,delayed project and the constant expansion of business requirements have frequently happened,eventually caused lower project quality and negative user satisfaction.This thesis is focusing on the theoretic basis of ITIL and CMMI,and utilize massive domestic and foreign examples.The thesis takes S company of the mobile communication company which is a part of Top 500 companies as the research object.It analyzes the existing problems of IT service management and project management in S company,such as long time processing of events,the contents of configuration management database are duplicated and messy,alternation process is not improper.The research of a combined system of ITIL service management and CMMI project management will provide a standard process for IT service management and project management,hence all IT assets will be managed in a clear and efficient way,the efficiency of IT service management and project management will be raised to a new level,IT operation and maintenance costs will be reduced,and end-user satisfaction will be significantly increased.It is hoped that the theoretical references and best practices can be referenced to the companies with the same issues.
