Information technology has been integrated into our life,how to run information system efficiently already become a big challenge of the whole society.It's also a big challenge to companies and higher request was asked to the IT department.Big investment in hardware and software is not enough to information system,how to run information system effectively is a big question to IT department.IT service management(ITSM)is a good IT management methods globally,and it emphasizes IT services and business integration effectively,pay attention to IT costs and benefits,and make IT services become an new profits of business.This paper will research and analysis the problems in IT services management of AAVID company,and will focus on analysis and study of IT service management knowledge framework ITIL(information Technology Infrastructure Library),and based on ITIL principle,especially the five core management process of ITIL and a management function to design a suitable template for small and medium-sized manufacturing company to supports business process and effective IT service management processes smoothly.This paper firstly introduces the history and current situation of IT service management system,and focuses on the five core management process of ITIL,including incident management,problem management,change management,release management and configuration management,also a core management function,service desk.Then find the problems in the IT services of AAVID company.Finally design a suitable IT services management procedure for AAVID.This paper adopted Pareto diagram to analyzes the main IT services problems in AAVID to find the root cause of these problems,and then use ITIL theory to design a suitable management process of AAVID.Also wish this can provide a certain help for other small and medium-sized manufacture company.
