In recent years,Information Technology has played an increasingly important role in social and economic development and productivity improvement.The information technology industry has gradually become a strategic basic industry that affects the long-term development of the country.In the 21 st century,the information industry represented by Internet software technology in China has been continuously developing and maturing,various application scenarios and new demands have been continuously explored,and a broad market prospect has been opened up.More and more enterprise customers' needs no longer stay in the basic application services,but gradually become customized services based on the development of itself.As enterprise customers continue to increase their IT needs based on the new era,IT companies urgently need to upgrade their technology to better respond to market demands and improve market competitiveness.The rapid update and iteration of software technology needs to be backed by more powerful training,and the original training ways are no longer suitable for enterprise strategy.Therefore,senior management teams need to reform internal training system according to their strategic development and business adjustment.This thesis takes B Company as the research object.And it uses document research,behavior observation,questionnaires survey and staff interviews,etc.to analyze B Company's strategic,organizational structure,employees' educational background,age and position,technology type and service years.Besides,it also adopts the ideas of looking for problems,sorting out problems and figuring out problems,and utilizes theoretical knowledge of training to analysis Company B's training problem.Then,the five aspects of training,such as training needs analysis,training plan establishment,training course development,training process implementation and training evaluation,are combined with ADDIE model,Kirkpatrick model and 360 evaluation model for designing B Company's training system.Finally,for the improvement program,I come up with some guarantee,like organizational guarantee,system guarantee and capital guarantee.The use of scientific methods to optimize the problems existing in the training of Company B,so that the training is in line with the company's strategic development and can effectively improve the company's overall management level and technical level,optimize organizational structure,process structure and promote the company in order to stand out in the market competition.
