"Software Outsourcing" is the most popular vocabulary in software industry recent years. Now China is regarded as a new software outsourcing service oenter in the world. The big market provides a fine opportunity to the domestic software company. However, the short of software talented person is a serious problem which blocks the development of this industry.The main work of this thesis is to analyze the characteristics and problems of human resource management of the software outsourcing company and research the solutions. The thesis includes three parts:First, introduce the actuality of software outsourcing industry in the world, and analyze the hindrances of this industry in China. Summarize the content of this paper and expatiate the significance of this study.Second, analyze the actuality of XX company's human resource management and sum up the characteristics and existent difficulties, and then put forward eight countermeasures to improve the efficiency of HR work.Last, analyze the critical success factors of XX company's HR management information system and describe the requirements, finally design the software architecture and logic flow of every function module.There are two special results of this thesis:First, put forward eight countermeasures according to the characteristics and difficulties of the software outsourcing company's HR management. These countermeasures focus on increasing the recruitment channel, stabilizing HR structure, cutting down the flow of personnel, so as to improve the efficiency of human resource management.Second, put forward the solution of human resource management information system for software outsourcing enterprise according to the requirements of XX company. In this solution, some special functions are designed to fit the specific management flow and characteristics of software outsourcing enterprise, such as resume importing from email and exporting to file. This solution is idiographic and feasible and it is a complement of the HRM software productions in the market.
