In the era of a knowledge economy and lifelong learning, all enterprises, governments or individuals hope to gain competitive superiority by acquiring and applying knowledge efficiently. With the rapid change in all types of working environment, there is a need to implement technology-mediated training systems to train employee in new technologies, products, and services. With technology-mediated learning, the content of knowledge can be transmitted and exchanged by digital methods. These methods can easily blend with multimedia to create training materials whose content can be memorized and attract the attention of trainees more easily. Thus, technology-mediated learning can provide more flexibility as well as on job training opportunities. However, it is common for corporations to have knowledge within the organizations reused and shared. With the helps from communication and information sharing in pervading knowledge, corporation's training can therefore be simplified, which implies that electronic training plays a more important role than ever.In recent years, junior college academies and extensive correlation educators have entered into online system at an amount of scopes, ultimately created management model and cumulated rich literature at science field, such as network system function, the evaluation of curriculum designation, the discussion of system effect, and the study about the action and intent of online study. Looking at online study in many enterprises, few work over development skeleton, so enterprise usually focus some ascendant points when they promote or apply online study system, for example they think online study as moving training content online, they don't arrange study plan and appraise pursuing plan,or being absorbed in science and technology, teaching courses or the module designation of communication implement tools, they don't think over individual study satisfaction, the coorperation of individual motivation and viewpoint. The result of pursuing fast effect and quoting out of context leads the defeat of the online study in enterprises.In this paper, getting across the study of training theory model and science and technology medium study theory inside and outside, combining enterprise training actuality currently, based in technology acceptance model, making up a new model of enterprise training on the study of science and technology intermedium. And introjecting "computer self-efficiency" in social cognitive theory and the preparative of science and technology, constructing the study frame of the study system of science and technology being used by human, exploring the important factors of infection about individual to use the education training system of science and technology, and analyzing the element and correlation in the new training model one by one. Looking forward to help enterprise find a training model of high efficiency and low cost.The fruit of this paper can be divided into two parts:(1) for science contribute, to establish a new training model, and to analyze the factors of training system to affect individual using science and technology medium; (2) for the fact affair, to offer reference to enterprise human resources, to understand the efficiency about employee on the training system of science and technology.
