| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.It is necessary to give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas.Rural revitalization and agricultural and rural development are inseparable from a large number of talents.Vigorously cultivating new professional peasants is an important foundation for rural revitalization and a key link to deepen rural reform,develop modern agriculture,and ensure the effective supply of important agricultural products.In 2019,National Document No.1 pointed out that the basic requirement of cadres at all levels is to train a group of “three rural” workers who understand agriculture,love the countryside,and love farmers,so that new professional farmers can give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.Play a role.Based on the above background,this paper starts from how to improve the training effect of new professional farmers,and combs the research literature of new experts and experts on new professional farmers at home and abroad,based on agricultural modernization theory,demand level theory,human capital theory,and new professional farmers.The main three stages of development are defined.Through the actual participation in Xinxiang City’s new professional farmers training class and interviews and questionnaires for participating farmers,and by visiting Xinxiang City Agricultural Broadcasting School,Weihui Agricultural Broadcasting School,Xinxiang County Business Bureau and other units,combined with a large number of relevant literature on access Describe and analyze the research samples of professional farmers in Xinxiang City,and comprehensively analyze the development status of new professional farmers in Xinxiang City from the aspects of gender,age,academic structure,years of employment,types of training subjects,training willingness and training forms.analysis.Since 2013,Xinxiang City has gradually carried out new types of professional farmer training in various cities and towns.In 2019,Xinxiang City Agricultural and Rural Bureau focused on the realization of high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas,and the new type of vocational farmer training was the focus of the city.Although it has achieved certain results,it still There are some shortcomings.Through the research in this paper,the number of trainings faced in the training of professional farmers in Xinxiang City,the lack of training courses,weak supervision,and unsound policies are proposed.According to the current difficulties faced by Xinxiang City’s new professional farmers training,the following suggestions are proposed: strengthen communication,coordination and supervision among various departments;attach importance to rural education,improve farmers’ quality;strengthen policy support,improve guarantee mechanism;and reconstruct new professional farmer training mechanism.This article starts from the field questionnaires and interviews of the trainees,training institutions and competent authorities,and deeply understands the difficulties and problems faced by the new professional farmers in training.Through a large number of interviews,the urgent needs of the participants for adult education are obtained.,the "double certificate" training mode of qualification certificate plus academic certificate. |
