Study On The Cultivation Of New Type Professional Farmers In Lingcheng District Of Dezhou City

In rural revitalization,farmers are the main body,talents are the key,and new-type professional farmers are the important support.Cultivating a group of high-quality farmers who love agriculture,understand technology and can manage is an important way to enhance the vitality of rural development,However,for a long time,due to the influence of talents,technology,capital,land,service and other factors,there has been a mismatch between the current situation of rural talents and the talents needed for industrial development,which has seriously restricted the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.At present,from the perspective of the current situation of the development of new vocational farmers,the implementation and implementation of policies,it is still imperfect in the process of implementation and cultivation.Therefore,the article hopes to conduct an investigation and study on the cultivation of new professional farmers in Lingcheng District,Dezhou,to understand the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers,to find out the existing problems,and to analyze the restrictive factors affecting the cultivation,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,thinking how to further stimulate the internal power of talent development,to provide talent and industry support for rural revitalization.This paper takes Lingcheng District of Dezhou City as the research object,and takes human capital theory,farmer education theory,incentive theory and induced technological progress theory as the theoretical basis,through literature research,empirical analysis,case analysis,interviews and other methods,based on survey data and interview results.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:First,combined with the current situation of cultivating new professional farmers in Lingcheng District of Dezhou City,this paper analyzes the typical models,main practices and achievements.Secondly,based on the survey data and interview results,the paper finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Lingcheng District of Dezhou City,including insufficient government support,imperfect service mechanism of training institutions,and low overall quality and ability of farmers Weak production skills,weak government support policies,poor irrigation conditions and other influencing factors.Third,put forward countermeasures to improve the cultivation of new-type farmers in Lingcheng District of Dezhou City.From the aspects of government,training institutions andfarmers themselves,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions,such as optimizing the cultivation environment of new-type professional farmers,constructing the ecological training system of high-quality farmers’ education,and improving the professional quality of new-type professional farmers.The purpose is to promote the cultivation of new professional farmers in Lingcheng District of Dezhou City,truly play the main role of farmers,make it become a strong support for industrial development,improve the internal vitality and development power of agriculture,and comprehensively help rural revitalization.
