After several years of reform and practice,poverty alleviation has achieved world-renowned achievements,and the rural revitalization proposed by the Nineteenth National Congress is ready to go.Of course,in the course of reform and development,it was also found that the question of "who is planting,how to plant,and how to grow well" is still prominent.The main way to solve this problem is to train "new professional farmers." Since the introduction of "new-type professional farmers" in 2012,China has introduced a large number of policies and measures to guide the effective implementation of its cultivation projects in various places,and has achieved staged results.However,during the cultivation process,problems such as weak farmers 'willingness to train,disjointed training supply and demand,and poor training effects have been exposed,which has caused scholars' attention and in-depth research.From the current point of view,scholars' research mainly focuses on the concepts and characteristics,content and form,subjects and objects,models and paths of new-type professional farmers training,and there are few studies on the factors that influence training willingness.At the same time,Mianyang City is one of the national demonstration cities for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.Based on the existing research,using human capital theory,education supply and demand theory,and rational choice theory,interviews were conducted with Mianyang City and some counties and cities in charge of agricultural and rural bureaus and training institutions based on empirical analysis methods.Participants in the training course distributed 250 questionnaires,of which 238 were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 95.20%.Based on interview data and survey data,first of all,analyze the current situation and shortcomings of new professional farmers training in Mianyang City.Secondly,the cross-analysis method was used to screen out seven factors with strong correlation with the “training willingness” of the dependent variable from the 14 variables for further regression analysis of their impact and direction.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn based on the analysis results.First,the impact of individual circumstances on training willingness: age,education,and experience of migrant workers in provinces and cities have significant effects on training willingness,with significance values of 0.042,0.013,and 0.011,respectively.That is,the younger the peasant,the higher the educational level,and the experience of migrant workers in provinces and cities,the stronger the willingness to participate in training,otherwise the contrary.Second,the impact of family conditions on the willingness to train: The main economic sources of the family and the affiliated agricultural operators have a very significant impact on the willingness to train,with significance values of 0.001 and 0.000,respectively.In other words,when the farmer's agricultural income accounts for a large proportion of the total household income,and the family is a large-scale large-scale planting and breeding professional,the willingness to participate in training is stronger,otherwise the contrary is true.Third,the impact of training awareness and experience on training willingness: understanding the connotation of new-type professional farmers and the degree of related policies,and paying attention to agricultural-related news,policies,and knowledge have significant,extremely significant effects on training willingness,respectively They are 0.043 and 0.009.That is,when farmers have a better understanding of the connotation of new-type professional farmers and their policies,and often pay attention to behaviors related to agriculture-related news(policy,knowledge),the more willing to participate in training,otherwise the contrary.Based on the above conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions such as accurately selecting training targets,strengthening training promotion policies,providing basic education opportunities,unblocking access to training information,optimizing training content,and innovating training models are proposed.
