Research On Training Of New Professional Farmers In Hongjiang City

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that priority should be given to the development of agriculture and rural areas.According to the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life,we should establish and improve the system and policy system of urban-rural integration and development,and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.To vigorously promote the pace of rural development,the main focus is to develop farmers,rural areas and agriculture.It is particularly important to improve farmers'development awareness.Only when farmers have a certain ideological awareness,can they better promote the development of agriculture in the whole rural area.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a new type of professional peasant troop with technology,knowledge of management and management,rely on new type of vocational peasant training,strengthen further education for peasants,promote the cultivation of practical talents in rural areas,and accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization.Based on the training and development of new-type professional farmers in Hongjiang City,Huaihua City,this paper studies the current situation of new-type professional farmers in Hongjiang City by means of literature research,collecting and reading a large number of references.Through the questionnaire survey,the training situation of new-type professional farmers in Hongjiang City is understood.The questionnaire is divided into four parts:The first part is about the basic information of training farmers,including the year:Age,gender,education level,average annual income,etc.The second part is to understand the motivation and basic situation of farmers participating in training;the third part is farmers'demand for training,including training content,training time,training classroom,training teachers and training organization form;the fourth part is to ask questions about the training effect of farmers:including the understanding of training content,training on the level of training.The results of the questionnaire show that the current training situation of the new-type vocational farmers in Hongjiang City is as follows:farmers tend to choose flexible ways to combine various forms of training,and they generally hope to shorten the training time as much as possible in terms of training content,and farmers in terms of training content.There are many theories for people to receive training of modern agricultural theory knowledge and practical technology skills;in organizational training,they have a high degree of trust in Vocational colleges,government departments and social training institutions;in terms of costs,the existing training fees are more reasonable and can be accepted by participants.The third chapter of this paper analyses the main problems existing in the training of new-type vocational farmers in Hongjiang City:firstly,the farmers'own cultural level is low and their learning ability is relatively weak;secondly,there is no time and long way to go,and they spend too much;thirdly,it is difficult to increase production and make them rich and slow;fourthly,the training content is divorced from reality,the content is repetitive and the content is difficult;fifthly,there are few teachers'guidance in the countryside and lecturers.There are gaps in teaching level.Sixth,the hardware facilities in training are general.Seventh,there is a lack of service after training.Chapter 4 analyses the influencing factors of training effect of new-type vocational farmers in Hongjiang City.Through the questionnaire survey,the relevant parts are selected,such as farmers'cultural level,motivation to participate in training,training frequency,training hardware facilities,etc.The reliability analysis,scalar description and descriptive analysis are carried out,and the significant factors affecting the training effect are obtained by Chi-square analysis.The fifth chapter mainly writes the logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of training willingness of new-type vocational farmers in Hongjiang City,takes"willingness to participate in training"as the dependent variable Y,and takes"age,cultural level,annual income,years in agriculture,original intention of receiving training,training cost,teacher level,satisfaction with curriculum"as independent variables to analyze,and draws relevant conclusions.In the sixth chapter,through the analysis of the current training problems of the new-type vocational farmers in Hongjiang City and the influencing factors of the training problems in the fourth and fifth chapters,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:defining the training objectives,implementing graded training;innovating methods in order to promote the development of the new-type vocational farmers'training;intensifying propaganda efforts to enhance farmers'subjective awareness of training;and improving farmers'Vocational education.Regulations and management system;Improve training performance;Increase investment in training funds;Do a good job of follow-up training services.
