Study On The Training Of New Type Vocational Farmers In Meishan

As a large agricultural country with a large rural population,the "three rural issues" is a fundamental issue relating to China economic development and social stability,how to cultivate new farmers with high quality and high income is the priority among priorities of the three problems.In recent years,the central document is the first time that we should vigorously cultivate new professional farmers.The farmer training system is the foundation of carrying out the training of farmers,and it also bears the historical task of training new type of professional farmers.Meishan city is the city of Sichuan Province,Meishan,the rapid development of modern agriculture,breeding work started as early as 2015 operation of the new occupation farmer,and innovation to develop new occupation farmer oriented cultivation mechanism,obtained remarkable achievements,but there are also some problems in the training of farmers in the process of.This paper expounds the training and investigation of new vocational farmers in Meishan by means of literature,questionnaire and case analysis.It includes the management of the new vocational training organization,the education and training institutions,the teaching staff and the practical training base,etc.The main reasons for the existing problems in training new vocational farmers in Meishan are: imperfect system and regulations,inadequate investment in training funds,weak sense of training in new vocational farmers,backward supervision and evaluation institutions.Aiming at the problems in the training and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the new occupation farmer training: perfecting laws and regulations,strengthen the training of new farmers,new farmers investment to enhance the new occupation farmer training consciousness and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism for the training of new farmers.Cultivate the experience about the new occupation farmer in Meishan city to carry out the training work in other areas of our country has certain reference experience,analysis of various obstacles may appear in the process of training of farmers to other areas of China to carry out related work to play a warning effect.
