| At the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.In accordance with the general requirements of flourishing industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance and affluent living,we should promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The key to rural rejuvenation lies in the rejuvenation of talents.The quality of peasants fundamentally determines the level and quality of rural rejuvenation.The new professional peasants who love agriculture,understand agriculture and are good at management are the backbone of building a new socialist countryside and the main force of developing modern agriculture.They can effectively promote the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation.Therefore,promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers is the realistic requirement of speeding up the construction of modern countryside,developing modern agriculture and increasing farmers’ income.Based on literature analysis and on-the-spot research,this research analyzes the training status of new-type vocational farmers in Nanxiong City from four aspects:training subjects,means,contents,and results.And through on-the-spot investigation to the new occupation farmer in the support policy,the training model,the training content aspect carries on the analysis;At the same time,it focuses on the problems such as too few training numbers,backward training methods,a single void in content and imperfect incentive mechanism for farmers to participate in the training of new-type vocational farmers in Nanxiong City.And from the government to the new vocational farmers training system and mechanism innovation,lack of training resources,training management is not standardized,and so on.The reasons are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward three major points: strengthening the innovation of policy and system,perfecting the allocation of resources,strengthening the management of training,further perfecting the operating mechanism of the training of new-type vocational farmers,and introducing the supporting policies for the training of new-type vocational farmers.We will broaden the channels of investment in the training of new-type vocational farmers,build a platform for integrating resources through multiple channels,strengthen the construction of double-teacher trainingteachers,do a good job in demand analysis and enrich the training content,and innovate training models and forms according to farmers’ needs.Strengthen the supervision and supervision of the new vocational farmer training and other eight small-point countermeasures. |
