As a world famous tourism city,Dujiangyan city not only has a long history of Dujiangyan water conservancy projects,but also has unique tourism resources,resulting in the development of its rural tourism.As the product of the combination of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,agritainment has become a special tourism and catering industry in Dujiangyan city.Agritainment not only provides catering services to tourists,but also is one of the main places for local people to relax during holidays and weekends.Food safety in agritainment is an key indicator of tourism city development.It relates to consumer's vital interests,and could affect consumer's health and Tourism city image.If the execution of food safety low is poor,it can endanger the life safety of consumers and cause social instability,finally seriously hindering the economic development of tourist cities.The implementation status of food safety supervision and administration in agritainment can be affected by many factors.Based on this background,the present study chose farmhouses in City West Zone,City East Zone and City Central Area as the investigation object,and investigated the status and improvement countermeasures for execution of food safety low in agritainment management in Dujiangyan City by interviewing person in charge of farmhouse and consumers,and analyzing the enforcement inspection summary of supervision and administration on food safety in farmhouse,finally provided some feasible suggestions for improvement...
