Capacity Analysis And Improvement Of The Smart Card Module Processing

This thesis mainly focuses on the topic that in the smart card module processing industry S company relies on the lean production management method basing on the domestic market,explores its own potentials against the pressure from the foreign raw material prices and exchange rate,to continue reducing the operating costs,inventory,and improving the management ability and to enhance its internationally competition.Through the application of lean production management and value stream analysis,S companies removed the inadequate activities which contribute little value to the growth of the production.It is to advance the Just In Time(―JIT‖)production,reduce production costs and improve corporate profits.The Lean management shall be enforced through implementation of automated production methods to enhance the adaptability of production systems basing on teamwork and continuous improvement under the guidance of customer’s demand.The contents of this thesis is divided into the following sections: Define the background,objective,research target and content of this thesis.The theory of the lean production management,introduction of the application to the lean production management methods and tools.Research and analysis of the company S production management system,analysis of the current status to discover problems,for pushing forward effective solutions,and to direct to implement an improvement action.Utilization of the pulling production,Kanban(Japanese)management,full equipment maintenance TPM and etc.to reduce company inventory,waste,and realize JIT production system.Establishment of a sound performance evaluation of the lean production management system to reduction of the waste and improve the efficiency of work,to ensure the enterprise a continuous improvement for the purpose of meeting g the customers’ need.Finally,a discussion regarding the research results the improvement circumstances of the S company.
