As the improvement tools, process improvement methods, and promoting the chan ges of enterprise, lean production has been the magic of enterprises and institutions fo r continuous improvements. Ultimately it improves the customer satisfaction level and turns it into a profit level, which has been more and more popular in enterprises and institutions. With the development of the times and different market environment, ho w to fit lean production to its own development strategy has been the key topic that current and future enterprises or institutions must positively face and solve.This paper attempts from the enterprise strategy, combined with their own charact eristics and the point view of product family, to introduce a comprehensive lean prod uction in a multinational group and its subsidiaries, and analyze its concepts, system a nd structure. Specifically, this paper includes the following parts in structure for comm unication and reference:The first part of this paper, combining the realistic background and the subject, a nalyzes the significance of the research topic. Through the elaboration of the develop ment course of lean production, lean thinking, its theory and system, synchronized ma nufacture, theory of constraints, MRP and JIT theory, and their corresponding research status have been compared and been demonstrated to fully understand the main resea rch methods, the framework and the technical route, and innovation etc.The second part, introduces Lean development, condition and process of QX and its group, then analyzes its operational condition, the lean organization. Taking the sys tem as a whole, it fully demonstrates the evolution and progress of lean. Finally it gi ves us the some successful aspects of operation in QX and its group, as well as with its deficiency.The third part, through the study of the cases, based on the company operational strategy and the point of view of product family, it demonstrates details with the acc ount of the Lean Project(feasibility analysis), planning and control, schedule, time ma nagement and risk control etc. on the platform overall function based on the value str eam management. At the same time, based on the implementation of lean project point of view and the connecting link between its preceding and its targets, it analyzes th e principles, implementation steps and requirements etc.The fourth part, it summarize the research results, analysis of the short comings of the research, and put forward the research content and the research direction in the future.In a word, this thesis shows us the lean operation situation of the development o f the theory of lean production, lean production and the QX company case, and draws a conclusion that the system architecture, and the importance of lean production, the development and enrichment of the theory and practice of lean production, complemen tary affects when combining lean and Six Sigma, and lean can be out of the ordinary.In a certain extent it demonstrates lean production the characteristics of universality a nd individuality.
