Application Of Lean Production In T Company

Lean production has been applied to more and more enterprises as an advanced producing method. Particularly many state-owned enterprises are positive to promote this kind of lean production, which would raise enterprise competition very fast.Lean production is involved in different field. This article will introduce theory and implementation in reshaping enterprise culture, 5s management, production maintenance etc, and to analyze some issues which exist in state-owned enterprises, then giving solution combine with lean production theory for promoting that optimize process, minimize cost and maximize value.This thesis takes one of state-owned enterprises as a sample. First, introduce the problems about management in this state-owned enterprise. And then, analyze how they use the mature method of lean production to solve the problems, including enterprise culture reshaped, 5S management, Total Productive Maintenance, Total Quality Management from macroscopic view. Finally, This thesis summarize the positive result which the enterprise has achieved. Besides, It will give some suggestions on implementation of lean production, which could refer to same industry.
