| After China’s accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO),the global electronics industry and related supporting industrial chains to China’s southeast coastal areas rapidly shifted,many major electronics manufacturers such as HP,Dell,Cisco and other companies quickly set up research and development centers and procurement centers in China.Contract manufacturers such as Quanta,Compal,Foxconn and other companies will then transfer production base to China’ southeast coastal areas.After years of development,because of the sound infrastructure,complete industrial chain and high eras of personnel quality,more of the world’s top500 enterprises to invest in China’s development.China’s coastal areas of the traditional manufacturing enterprises to develop more rapidly,China is also recognized as the "world factory." However,after the rapid development of China’s southeast coast manufacturing industry has also brought a series of problems and challenges,such as rising regional labor costs and factory costs,resulting in labor-intensive enterprises are no longer suitable for the continued survival of the region,such enterprises gradually to china’s southwest region and Southeast Asia and other regions.Traditional manufacturing enterprises in the southeast coastal areas of China are facing market shrinkage and overcapacity.At the end of 2015,China is carrying out supply-side reforms and environmental protection upgrading,with dramatic changes at the market and policy levels,forced enterprises to change their traditional and backward management and management models.Traditional manufacturing enterprises usually lead to low competitiveness due to the inefficiency of equipment,inadequate equipment preservation and maintenance,and difficulty in cultivating talents.How can traditional manufacturing companies survive and stand out in a climate of change? This paper takes A company as the research object,which is the representative of the traditional printing enterprise.Through nearly a decade of rapid growth,the company has developed into a well-known packaging printing enterprise in the Yangtze River Delta region.However,due to the industrial chain’s outward shift and the rise in the cost of various factors,the company is facing a shrinking order and a decline in gross margin.Because TPM through the small team activities of all employees,through the company to organize training and employee stomp,improve the skills and literacy of employees,and all high-skilled,high-quality staff to carry out proactive preventive maintenance of equipment,can improve the overall efficiency of the production system.Therefore,this article attempts to implement comprehensive productive maintenance(TPM)to help the company improve management level and get out of trouble.Through the in-depth research and analysis of company A’s production and maintenance,this paper grasps the current situation of the company’s production and maintenance.After on-site field research and analysis of specific data,found that Company A production and maintenance problems.Company A equipment maintenance process is too complex,production maintenance concept backward lead to inefficient production maintenance management system,which has become the company’s urgent need to improve the management problem.This paper combines theoretical research with the specific situation of Company A and designs a TPM management model suitable for Company A,which mainly includes individually improved design,professional preservation design,field environment improvement design,and independent preservation design.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures to implement TPM management in Company A.These include,first,the establishment of specific organizations and institutions,second,the careful design of specific TPM management process,and finally,the simultaneous implementation of TPM management education and training and proposal improvement activities.It is believed that Company A can reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises by promoting TPM management,and at the same time,it hopes to promote TPM to more industries and form a new driving force for traditional Chinese manufacturing. |
