| With the rapid economic and social development,China's tourism industry has gradually matured.It can be said that it has entered a period of rapid development.People are no longer simply satisfied with the basic material living conditions.Leisure tourism has become an indispensable demand in the lives of ordinary people.However,a single type of tourism products or scenic spots can no longer meet the diversification and individualization of tourists.Li Jinzao,Director-General of the National Tourism Administration,believes that with the accelerated evolution of the stage of tourism development,China's tourism will change from "scenic spot tourism" to "global tourism".Global tourism is an important measure for the transformation and upgrading of China's tourism industry.It is also an important trend and direction of China's tourism development in the next stage.It has now become a national strategy.Provincial level: Zhejiang Province issued the "Zhejiang Provincial Global Tourism Development Plan(2018-2022)",held a global tourism development conference,proposed the construction of a global tourism demonstration county(city).Municipal level: Wenzhou established a tourism federation,held a global tourism work to promote on-site meetings,and planned a global tourism pattern.In line with the development trend of tourism,Wencheng County actively responds to the call of the national and provincial development strategy of "global tourism",based on rich and unique landscape and human tourism resources,puts forward the development strategy of global tourism,and makes every effort to build the three major goals of "national ecological civilization construction demonstration zone,the besttourism destination City in Zhejiang Province and the ideal landscape home in Wenzhou".In 2016,Wencheng County promulgated the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Tourism Industry in Wencheng County(2016-2020),which elaborated the development of tourism industry in Wencheng in detail.It has also achieved good results in the practice of global tourism development,and won the title of Zhejiang provincial tourism demonstration county(city,district),but the basic research on global tourism is still insufficient.The author finds that there is still a blank through sorting out the articles on the study of Wencheng's global tourism on Zhizhi Internet.Global tourism is a systematic project,which needs theoretical research as a support,and then the top-level design and overall promotion of government departments.In view of the lack of research,this paper will take Wencheng County as a case study,hoping that through the writing of this paper,we can put forward a global tourism development model that is in line with the actual situation of Wencheng County,and constructively provide relevant suggestions for the county's decision-making.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Mainly paves the way for the later development,elaborates the research background,research object,research purpose and significance,elaborates the domestic and foreign related theory research summary,and finally elaborates the ideas and research methods of the paper.Chapter II,the relevant concepts and theoretical parts.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of tourism,secondly elaborates the relevant theories of tourism,which provides theoretical support for the later writing;Chapter III,the analysis of the current situation of Wencheng County's industry,through introducing the basic situation of Wencheng County and analyzing the current situation of Wencheng County's twelve and threefold industries,draws the conclusion of the inevitability of Wencheng's Tourism development;Chapter IV,the development status of Wencheng Focus on resource conditions,marketconditions,realistic conditions,policy conditions to introduce the basic overview of Wencheng County's tourism development,and then from the two aspects of residential economic development and tourism commodity development to introduce the development of tourism supporting industries,in order to pave the way for the following analysis.Chapter 5,SWOT analysis of the overall development of tourism in Wencheng County,using SWOT analysis method,that is,around S(strengths)is the advantage,W(weaknesses)is the disadvantage,O(opportunities)is the opportunity,T(threats)is the threat of four dimensions,through one by one analysis of Wencheng County's economic,resources,market,location and other factors,a comprehensive comb out Wencheng's development of global tourism.Advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats provide the basis for the next step to construct Wencheng's global tourism development model;Chapter VI,puts forward the construction part of Wencheng's global tourism development model.Based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward a comprehensive tourism development model from six aspects: full coverage of scenic spot construction,full-time development of tourism season,full-field construction of factor economy,full integration of industrial system,whole-system marketing of product mix and comprehensive tourism safeguard measures.Chapter VII:conclusions and prospects.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,and hopes that with the joint efforts of academia,government and all sectors of society,the study of global tourism will continue to deepen and fruitful theoretical results will emerge.Through the research and analysis,the conclusion is that it is in line with the general trend to construct Wencheng's global tourism development model from the perspective of global tourism.Wen Cheng has put forward a global tourism development strategy and achieved some results,but compared with other regions in China,there is still a certain distance.In order to make long-term progress in Wencheng's global tourism,we must have a deepunderstanding of our own resources endowment and the existing problems and shortcomings at the present stage.We should focus on six aspects: the whole area coverage of scenic spot construction,the full-time development of tourism season,the whole area construction of factor economy,the whole industry integration of industrial system,the whole-system marketing of product mix,and the guarantee measures of the whole-area tourism construction.The requirements of tourism development should be to build a "Wencheng Model" for global tourism. |
