Study On The Government Functions In County Tourism Development In Shouning County

In recent years,our country has increased the development of tourism industry.And continue to increase investment in the tourism infrastructure construction and tourism shopping consumption in aspects of form a complete set.We have further promoted the supply-side structural reform and "tourism +" action of the tourism industry,and realize the combination of country tourism and "Internet+" to drive big tourism and big investment.However,in the process of promoting the development of county tourism,there are phenomenons that the government over-intervened and the market action was ignored.Causes a series of problems,such as the tourism resources of great consumption,ecological environment destruction,tourism industry development stagnation,etc.Therefore,the functions of the government in the county tourism.development should be effective.We should avoid the government's over-dominance and to make up for the shortage of market regulation,ensure the development of county tourism steadily promoted according to the government's established planning.This paper obtains the first-hand research data through literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey.etc,and combines theory with practice,investigation and analysis.At the same time,by analyzing the Shouning county tourism resources situation,the county tourism industry development efficiency as well as the the country development role and the government role and the existing problems,further elaborates the problems that existing in the government function.The main reasons for these problems are that the government not enough understanding of the country tourism,management system is not smooth,harmonious strength is not strong and in talent cultivation is not enough attention,etc.Aiming at the existing problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the effectiveness of the government role and suggestions for the development of county tourism in Shou Ning county.To realize the government function optimization,ensure that the"government-guided tourism development model" is operating efficiently.We will promote the development and growth of the tourism industry,further adjust and optimize the economic structure and implementing the green development,make the development goal of "tourism promote county economy,tourism enriching people" is finally realized.
