| Administrative region of a county, that is also called a county, is the basic unit of acountry’s administrative divisions. County economy is the basic element of the nationaleconomy, while county tourism, which contributes most to a county’s economy, is animportant part of a country’s economy and it is also the most active part. With thedevelopment of the tourism, county tourism gradually becomes the hot topic for expertsand scholars. How do we develop the county tourism, increase tourism income, and thusenhance the development level of county economy, has become a common concern forpeople. Then, lots of the county tourism developing modes such as “Chun’an mode”,“Wuyuan mode”,“Jiaozuo mode”,“Luanchuan mode”,“Taining mode”, appeared invarious technical journals. In correspondence to these modes, there are lots of“orientations”, such as “economy-oriented”,“resource-oriented”,“market-oriented”,“location-oriented”, and “event-oriented”. That is to say, while there should be one orsome “orientations”, then certain “mode” can appear, when there is no “orientation”, thereis no “mode”. There is basically no “orientation” in a county administrative region--Yinan county, while its tourism develops very well in recent years. Taking Yinan countyas an example, the author wants to do a study on a new mode of tourism industrydevelopment without “orientation”--a comprehensive development mode.This article is divided into the following five parts. The first part is introduction. Inwhich the author analyzes the history, current situation and research results of countytourism and its developing model home and abroad, and introduces the thinking ofwriting and writing methods. The second part is about related theories. It firstly definesrelevant concepts and the concept of comprehensive tourism mode, then introducesrelated theories, providing theoretical basis for later research. The third part involves the analysis of the county tourism mode, analyzing common county tourism mode andconcentrates on the advantages of the comprehensive tourism. The fourth part focuses onthe analysis of the current situation in Yinan county tourism industry. The analysis of itseconomy、 resources、 market and location, along with the internal and externalenvironment analyzed by the method of SWOT, lays a solid foundation for theintroduction of the comprehensive tourism mode. In the fifth part, the author elaborateson the mode building of comprehensive tourism in Yinan county. Five key points areinduced and testified by the practice in the development of Yinan county tourism, provingthe feasibility and efficiency of comprehensive tourism.This thesis draws the following conclusions. Firstly, each county should choose asuitable tourism mode according to its own economy、resources、market and location.Secondly, as long as the right method is adopted, county tourism can gain its developmentdespite its disadvantages. Thirdly, the rapid rise of Yinan county tourism proved that thecomprehensive tourism conforms to the trend of tourism developing and the "big tourism"initiative of the state, and meets the need of development of tourism industry cluster,which is worthy of reference and popularization. |
