With the advent and in-depth development of knowledge economy,more and more enterprises recognize that human capital is the strategic capital of the core of strategic objective planning.With the emergence of the Internet open mode,enterprises need to be more customer-oriented and business-oriented,and the requirements for human resource management are no longer satisfied with the traditional mode.Human resource management department should start from business and make contribution to the improvement of enterprise value from the strategic height.Therefore,the introduction of a new mode of human resource management is imminent,and the three-pillar model of human resource management arises at the historic moment.This thesis takes company J as the background and focuses on the application research of human resource management based on the three-pillar model.Through a large number of domestic and foreign research literature reading,this thesis makes an in-depth theoretical research on the three-pillar model of human resource management,and introduces its origin,specific content and operation mode.Meanwhile,through comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interview and other methods,the industrial background and human resource management status of company J were analyzed,and the existing human capital management mode was analyzed and the problem was diagnosed.Based on the existing problems and inadequacies,this thesis proposes to establish a human resource management system based on the three-pillar model,and proposes practical and feasible measures to improve the application efficiency of the three-pillar model of human resource management.It is proposed in this thesis that the current human resource management system matching the business development of J company needs the help of three pillar model and corresponding supporting measures to improve efficiency.Any enterprise should make adjustments or changes according to the actual situation,and only the management mode suitable for itself is the best.At present,the theoretical research and practical cases of the application of the three-pillar model of human resource management are not very rich.The study of J company in this thesis can not only provide effective solutions to its practical problems,but also further enrich the real cases of the three-pillar model of human resource management.
