Chinese liquor has a long history and occupies an important position in the national economy.In recent years,liquor enterprises face severe market environment,in order to maintain sustained growth and healthy development trend,we must " benefit from management".As the core management department of an enterprise,the human resource management department is responsible for the construction of the organization's competitive ability,and must change its role to adapt to and promote the development of the enterprise.After personnel management,human resources management,strategic human resources management,business-driven human resources management stage is coming.Human resource sharing service will standardize,process and informatization of human resource management,can give full play to the synergy effect and scale effect,so that human resource management can concentrate on participating in strategic decision-making of enterprises and supporting the work of business departments,thus becoming one of the beneficial practical exploration of business-driven human resource management mode.Taking qkj company as an example,this paper studies the practical process of qkj company's human resource sharing service management system construction.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,research methods,main significance and main content of the thesis,and shows the ideas and framework of the thesis.Then,starting with the theory of human resources sharing service,the paper analyzes the purpose and significance of constructing human resources sharing service system.Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of qkj company's organization and human resources management,and makes specific research and design on the organization design,post optimization,responsibility definition,business segmentation,workflow,management system of human resources sharing service system combined with its own situation and management needs.Based on the actual situation of qkj company,this paper expounds the relevant supporting measures for the operation of the human resource sharing service system from the aspects of concept propaganda,duty refinement,performance incentive,and salary optimization,etc.Finally,through tracking the achievements of human resources sharing service construction,the paper puts forward the following improvement and optimization measures.
