With the change of The Times and the development of the economy,human resource management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.The development of an organization ultimately depends on the role of human resources.To regard human resources as capital rather than cost is an important feature of the development of human resource management in the new era.With the advent of economic globalization and Internet era,traditional human resource management has been unable to meet the growing business needs of enterprises.In the new era,the human resource management mode is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.With the strategic development of service enterprises as the goal,the three-pillar mode of human resource management emerges at the right moment to achieve win-win results for both people and organizations.Taking G company as the research object,this paper seeks to explore the transformation ideas and methods of human resource management by constructing the three-pillar mode of human resource management within G company.In order to understand the three-pillar mode of human resource management,I have done a lot of literature reading and learning and mastered basic theoretical knowledge.At the same time,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods were used to conduct in-depth analysis on the human resource management of G company and diagnose relevant problems.On this basis,the root problems in the human resource management of G company were solved step by step by combining the construction of the three pillars of human resource management.This article only in G company as an example,combine the human resources management concept of the latest development of applied research,not all companies can be directly applying,enterprise should according to own actual situation of three pillar model adaptive changes and adjustments,the development of new human resource management model has its own characteristics.Finally,the author hopes to provide some reference for the application of the three-pillar model of human resource management in China.
