It is the key to build the core competitiveness of an enterprise,which excavates the human resource efficiency of the organization to the greatest extent and gives full play to the human resource management function efficiently.The traditional human resource management model can no longer meet the demand,and the human resource department is expected to get rid of the supporting role and participate in the enterprise strategy and higher level management.This paper adopts literature data research method,case-study method of observation and actual evidence method,and selects company A as the research sample,a subsidiary of a large domestic group company.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad including strategic human resource management,HR three pillar theory,human resource role positioning,etc.Then,by conducting an online survey of questionnaire and management interview,the current situation of human resource management in company A was investigated and analyzed.Finally,the paper proposes to carry out the organizational change of human resource management and establish a fast and flexible human resource management organization that can match the enterprise's strategic development and meet the business needs.The conclusion of this paper is as followings:Firstly,considering the internal and external environment,the overall operation of company A is good,but the sustainable growth capacity is insufficient;Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in company A,it is concluded that the organizational change of human resource management is necessary;Thirdly,according to the objectives,principles and overall resources of the reform,it is appropriate to adopt gradual change,which is divided into transitional period and comprehensive change period;Fourthly,the implementation of reform should focus on the system of HRCOE,the suitability of HRBP and the guarantee of HRSSC.Compared with previous researches,this paper is innovative in the original model of three pillars of HR,which is combined with the characteristics of enterprises to make personalized adjustments and the reform ideas,plans and implementation concerns are targeted,and enrich the research of human resource management organization change.Limited to personal theoretical level,the research depth of this paper needs to be further strengthened.I hope that I can continue to track the development of company A,increase the research on other companies,expand the number of samples,and further improve the research results.
