The competition of the modern enterprise market is becoming more and fiercer,the development of the enterprise will face greater competition.The competition of the main products is the essence of the competition of talents,the competition of management,which leads to the difficult problem that restricts the continuous healthy development of the company.Therefore,the research on staff performance management is particularly important.This paper,taking the current situation system of performance management of Y Company as the breakthrough point,mainly uses literature,questionnaire,and factor analysis to analyze the current situation,problems and reasons of the performance management of the company.At present,the main problems are to disconnect the specific work management and performance management,to separate the performance management from the strategic implementation,and to pursue the problems.Short term performance,lack of communication and interaction,the main reason is that the management mechanism of Y Company lacks excellent performance managers,the performance management system is imperfect,and the manager's lack full understanding and understanding of the staff.And in combination with the establishment of the performance management system of the company,it puts forward pertinent suggestions and suggestions,mainly formulating the promotion plan of the performance management system,and putting forward the principle,plan,index system,management results and so on.Through this study,in theory,it can have a further understanding of the relevant theoretical system of performance management.In practice,it can put forward some pertinent suggestions to the construction and improvement of the performance management system of Y Company,so as to improve the human efficiency of Y Company,and can also be the performance management of other enterprises in the same time.The establishment of the Department provides some reference and reference.
