Abstract/Summary:
S company,as a small foreign company,has been facing increasingly challenges in the dramatic market environment.In this situation,human resource department,as an important function in S company,is also facing numerous pressure,it’s urgent to improve performance management.This thesis research this issue from real case according to the sequence of raising questions,analyzing questions,and resolving questions.First,relevant literatures and applied researches about performance management will be illustrated,then the performance management current status and existing problems will be analyzed,finally the optimized plan and improvement measures about organization structure,performance management system will be raised according to the S company’s feature.This will contribute to solve the existing performance management problems,increase performance management efficiency,raise the performance management level,and enhance the company whole competitiveness on the market.S company is a representative for many small size foreign companies.The problems it is facing are representative.I believe,through researching and resolving the problems,the thesis will give guides to some companies who have the similar problems.The thesis will have realistic contribution to the development of company S.
