Research On Collaborative Development Modein Space Products

With the rapid development of information science and technology,market competition in the field of aerospace is becoming fierce,astronautics domestic enterprises gradually change the traditional mode which independent on its own resources.The concept of collaborative development mode of space products has been proposed,focusing on the enterprise internal and external advantage resources,combining different disciplines in the field of research and development team effectively,improving the efficiency of product development.Because the development of aerospace products has a long development cycle,high quality reliability requirements and characteristics of multidisciplinary cross,it is necessary to bring about the collaborative development model to increase the productivity of aerospace companies.This paper presents a collaborative product development based on process management model,analyzing the characteristics and needs of the aerospace product collaborative development,and the process management as well as project management,then this paper analyzes from the perspective of process management to control the execution of the project.Operation mode for the implementation of process management,hierarchical analysis will connect the subtasks with related activities,on this basis,the introduced maturity model and related coordination mechanism guarantee space on the implementation of the product collaborative development project.Finally,company A is presented as an empirical case,a compromise solution was put forward according to A company of company internal low degree of coordination degree,low efficiency of information transfer,long product development cycle and other issues.Matrix organization structure was reset up to adapt to new product research and development of process of product development stage classification,and explores the process works in detail;Then it put forward the monitoring method of the process and finally evaluated the process management method.Through the analysis of the empirical case,the operation mode of the product based on process management improved the efficiency of project operation and reduces the cycle of product research and development,which proves the feasibility of this research.
