The rapid development of network and information technology enhances the management level of product development process. Today product life cycles continuously shorten, and enterprises request collaborative product development process to enhance their core competencies of survival and development, change the past serial product development model. Some of the existing product development models and manufacturing philosophy, such as concurrent engineering, mass customization, virtual manufacturing, agile manufacturing, networked manufacturing, respectively, from a different side to improve product development efficiency and shorten the product development cycle.Product development process of optoelectronics enterprises is a system engineering integrating products and related fields of knowledge, processes, resources and personnel. In the environment of optoelectronics enterprises implementing advanced product development and manufacturing philosophy, in order to achieve collaboration of product development, we have many problems to be solved, such as collaboration measurement in collaborative development process of optoelectronics products, product development process planning, conflict resolution in process and other issues.In this paper, a model for collaborative development process management model of optoelectronics products supporting process optimization is established by applying multi-Agent technology: Through the Agent to process planning, process tracking, and processes optimizing, and then to mine the knowledge in the product development process, archive the knowledge so as to facilitate the next application. The collaborative development process management of optoelectronics products is studied from the following aspects in this article.(1) Analyze the key points for optoelectronic enterprises implementing collaborative product development process management, and apply multi-Agent technology to build collaborative development process management model of optoelectronic products supporting process optimization, and propose the software architecture for collaborative product development process management.(2) Research the content and implementation framework of collaborative development process management for optoelectronic products, and propose the definition of process collaboration degree, activity collaboration degree and their calculation methods, and establish a collaboration degree design structure matrix to plan collaborative development processes for optoelectronic products, and knowledge-based conflict resolution methods.(3) Discuss the Collaborative product development process optimization problems of optoelectronic products, the time, cost and collaboration degree of multi-objective optimization function is established, in the population initialization process, propose initial population generation algorithm based on heuristic rule and CD-DSM matrix, and optimize the development process of LED display template, at last verify the superiority of the improved algorithm proposed.(4) Study the collaborative development process management system requirements analysis and whole structure for optoelectronic products, and develop a knowledge base on the Domino platform, which is convenience for knowledge storage in product development process, at last the system is implemented and applied in one enterprise in Foshan city, and achieve good resultsFinally, the text summarizes the research work, analyze the deficiencies, and prospect follow-up study subjects.
