Then, aiming at the existing problems in productdevelopment process, the paper plans and reviews collaborative product developmentprocess based on product development strategy and organizational structure. And then itdivides the stages of product development process and establishes hierarchical process.Through establishingmethods of information interaction and coordination mechanism of processes, it researchesin detail of the operational mechanism of collaborative productdevelopment process. Furthermore, the paper describes the implementation process ofcollaborative development process and promotes a method to monitor collaborativeproduct development process. Finally, it promotes an evaluation method of vehicleproduct development process.At last, the researched method is applied to C Company’s productcollaborativedeveloping process. The process systemof vehicle product collaborative development isconstructed in C Company. Through planning,implementing, tracking and monitoring,evaluating and analyzing product collaborative development processin CCompany, thepaper, which sets up product collaborative process harmonymechanisms and rule of thecommunication and corresponding meeting, testifies its availability.
