The purpose of this thesis is to discuss how to apply 5 guidelines of Project Process Management, use APQP as the tool for project process management and ensure the product development process of SPM2 worked stably and go in a correct way。In general, this thesis presented below major activities what we’ve done for project process management:we performed feasibility study during the process of project start, during the process of project planning, we use WBS to define the major task and duration of each work step, apply QFD to transfer customer requirement to product and process design requirement, apply FMEA to identify and eliminate the risk; apply FMDRC to find out the most suitable parameter set; during process of project monitoring, we apply MSA, SPC to detect and resolve the variations occurred during process; during process of project implementation, we performed several times trail run to verify if the final product and process can meet the quality and reliability requirement from customer, during the process of project closure, make the project safe launch and ensure the consistency of product and process capability according to suitable monitoring even after mass production, finally satisfy the customers。... |
