Research On Business Process Improvement Of The Management Consulting Company Named 'A'

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have introduced management consulting from developed countries for better development.Management consulting really promotes the improvement of management level of Chinese enterprises.At present,management consulting also has some undesirable phenomena that do not achieve the expected results.The effect of management consultation is the lifeblood of the development of management consultation.This thesis studies the business process of management consulting in ‘A' consulting company,explores the ways to improve the consulting effect by improving the business process of management consulting,and provides ideas and references for the sustainable and good development of management consulting enterprises.This thesis uses literature analysis method to absorb the experience of predecessors in the application of business process reengineering,uses case analysis method to study the business process of ‘A' management consulting company,obtains effective information through questionnaire survey and internal interview,and deeply analyses the problems existing in the business process of ‘A' management consulting company.The optimization scheme suitable for ‘A' management consulting company is put forward.Firstly,this thesis combs the theory of business process reengineering,then studies and analyses the current situation of ‘A' management consulting company,sums up the problems such as loss of consultants,poor consulting effect and difficulty in market development,which arise from the existing business process work of ‘A' management consulting company,and explores the causes of the problems,and then puts forward the double helix growth model of management consulting business process.The innovation of this research is that on the basis of the analysis of many research results at home and abroad,drawing lessons from the experience of the former and combining with the author's years of management consulting practice,the ‘A' management consulting company and customer enterprises will form a community of interests,grow together,and let customers not only use the results of management consulting,but also participate in management in depth.Consultation process to achieve good consultation results.This study considers that ‘A' management consulting company can use BPR theory to redesign and improve the business process.The improved management consulting process conforms to the existing management theory,is conducive to improving the management consulting effect,and is conducive to achieving a win-win situation of the common development of management consulting company and customer enterprises.Promotion and application of scientific consulting industry is conducive to the sustainable and sound development of management consulting industry.
