This project is one part of SiChuan Province's Manufacturing Informatization Engineering Demonstrating Project: Powermach Corporation LTD Integrate Product Management System(QL-IPM):No. 04GG010-008.Improving the integrative capability of competition is important for an enterprise which has been one critical factor to its subsistence and development. As a new management concept, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is considered an important strategic method to acquire competition advantages. It will be beneficial for the enterprise with proper business processes, which are designed under all things carefully analyzed. BPR is the foundation of enterprises implement information-based transformation. BPR is a useful approach to enhance one enterprise's competition advantage. It is also an important content to the management innovation of the company.The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:Point out the necessity of carrying out BPR in modern enterprises while IT project implemented; review the current domestic and international enterprise business development of BPR.Overall the framework of BPR thought, and comprehend the connotation and design principles of BPR.Describe methods, analytical methods and tools for BPR are studied, and the approach of implement BPR is mastered.Implement BPR in QL. First, the problems in Power Ltd's business process would be discussed, and the requirements of BPR would be proposed. Second, the objective, strategy and implementation process of BPR would be presented respectively. Then the core business process would be identified by value analysis method. Finally the core business process would be reengineered by Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method and ESIA method.
