The process of management,which is the process of communication.Create value and wealth for the company and society by understanding the needs of customers,integrating resources,and creating good products and services to satisfy customers.The enterprise is a living organism,and the communication is the blood vessels in the body.By flowing,it provides nutrients to the tissue system and realizes a virtuous circle of the body.Management communication is the core content and essence of enterprise management.The daily management of the enterprise is inseparable from communication.The daily management work is business management,financial management,and human resource management.All of them can be smoothly carried out by means of management communication.Therefore,studying enterprise management communication has important practical and theoretical significance.First of all,the first two chapters introduce the research background,research purposes and significance,research methods and ideas.On this basis,the basic concepts and characteristics of management communication are clarified,and the relationship between learning organization theory and communication is clarified.Management communication theory at different stages.This part of the work provides the basis for the analysis and research of the following problems.Secondly,the third chapter takes F Group as a case,introduces the group overview,group organization and staff team,and analyzes the current situation of F group internal management communication from F Group,s system and culture,main forms and main communication means.Through the questionnaire survey,the problems of internal management communication of F Group were analyzed,including the lack of effective management communication channels,the lack of democratic communication system,and the communication disorder caused by linear organizational structure.The fourth chapter was based on the idea of learning organization to optimize the internal management communication system of F Group.Under the guidance of the concept of establishing an open multi-directional communication method,the optimization measures are specifically elaborated from the aspects of communication culture,methods and channels.Such as improving the new communication system of learning organizations,strengthening the construction of corporate culture and the construction of communication systems.Finally,this paper summarizes the main work and shortcomings of the research.It is hoped that the F-group internal communication problem research and optimization design can effectively improve the internal management communication efficiency of the F Group,reduce the complicated meeting costs,and increase the practical experience in internal management communication.
