Communication is the most important component of career,as well as the lubricant of organization-running.World renowned Futurist,Accenture named one of the 50 global management guru John Nesbit said "Competition of future would be the competition of management,of which the key point is high-efficiency communication within the organizations and outside organizations between community members".Internal communication is an important aspect of enterprise management.The effective communication between supervisors and Supervisees is the necessary guarantees for efficient operation of organization.Level of internal communication is an important aspect of company's soft power construction.Under the background of Deepen the reform of SOEs,China national "ONE BELT ONE ROAD" strategy and "five network construction" and "eight important industry development layout" of Yunnan province,Group M as one of the important enterprises in Yunnan logistics industry,wants to catch strategy opportunities of the national and province planning,and stands out in marketing competition,and became leading enterprise of logistics industry,except to highlight main business,and build core competitiveness,also to strengthen communication management to build soft strength.This paper researches and analyses the internal communication status of Group M,by using multiple research method,such as,questionnaire,field survey,interview,comparative analysis to find out problems in internal communication:(1)too many enterprise level causing information attenuation during communication;(2)the structure of organization is not reasonable and scientific enough,lead to the low efficiency of communication;(3)the modern enterprise system is not perfect,communication concept can't match modern business mode;(4)lack of cognitive and communication skills;(5)lack of feedback during communication and communication effect is not good enough.What's more the paper also did further analysis and figured out the causes of problems,which primarily lies on the following reasons:lack of corporate culture conducive to communication,lack of proper strategic planning of communication management,lack of effective channels of communication,and lack of effective communication system and supervision mechanism.According to analysis of existing problem and causes,using theories and principles,and skills of communication management,referring to better communication concept,mode and experience of other companies,like Zhejiang logistics industry group,GE,HP,and Wal-Mart,to propose internal communication optimization measures for Group M,including to develop reasonable strategy planning of internal management communication,to cultivate enterprise culture conducive to communication,to create organization schema conducive to communication,strengthening enterprise internal publicity work,to form effective communication regulation system,to use informal forms of communication,as well as the safeguard measures,so as to solve the internal communication problems of Group M,enhance its communication efficiency,improve management level of communication,promoting the quality and efficiency of management,to make communication become a part of the soft power of Group M and enhance the competitiveness,to achieve the goal that to be the leading enterprise in Yunnan logistics industry.
