Research On Communication Management Of Overseas Train Operation Control System Integration Proiect Of H Company

In recent years,the rail transit industry is booming in many cities of our country.A number of outstanding Chinese enterprises have been expanding their business overseas.Overseas urban rail transit train control system integration projects are characterized by complexity,involving many professional interfaces,long construction cycle,numerous project stakeholders and cultural differences.Good project communication management is very important to control the project progress,achieve the project objectives and ensure the project quality.Good communication is the basis and important guarantee for planning,organization,leadership and control.On account of the overseas project of H Company,combined with the project communication management theory,this paper states the current status from internal and external communication.Considering different factors that affect project communication,such as cross-cultural communication,project stakeholder management,project team communication ability and communication supervision management,the communication barriers existing in this project are deeply analyzed.Then according to the PMBOK project communication management theory:planning communication,management communication and supervision communication to re-integrate the communication management,put forward the improved communication management plan.Finally,the communication effect is evaluated from the project schedule,cost,customer satisfaction and team feedback,in the conclusion that the optimized scheme has made great improvement.On the basis of good communication results,it is hoped that the optimized project communication plan will be applied to other overseas cross-cultural projects.This paper introduces the theory of stakeholder management and communication model into communication plan process.External crosscultural communication and internal communication skill building are integrated into the communication management process.The stakeholder satisfaction survey,performance evaluation and complete communication record are applied to the process of communication supervision.A set of comprehensive communication management improvement plan is put forward,which improves the effectiveness of communication from multiple dimensions.
