Management communication plays a clear role in both the internal and external organization to meet the organizational goals of information sharing and knowledge transfer. Management communication is closely linked to four major managerial functions:plan, organize, lead, and control that ensure organizational goals are achieved, connection formed, organizational culture and value are enhanced.This assignment will utilize theoretical studies from other organizations to determine the basic concept of management communication, and will analyze key points and procedures. This paper will analyze the traditional communication method and adapt this to HG Company’s internal management communication to find out where the problems are and develop strategies that are suitable to HG Company’s change. In the meantime, this paper will provide some feasible ideas of resolving barriers in communication for those small-to-medium sized organizations in China. |
