With the rapidly development of the productivity of the society at present, people have few chance to refuse to avoid from being in organizations, therefore, leaders should always lead their staffs to the final accomplishment of objective by using effective communication, no matter during regular production and living process. Within the enterprises, communication management could be regarded as the expansion of the single communication process. It contains the communication between individuals, between groups as well as superior and subordinate.Therefore, to resolve the issues well which is aiming at the management of communication would have a lot of possibilities to support the development as well as the improvement of the M company, especially during a period of time of rapidly expansion for a famous state-owned enterprise of Yunnan province. In this paper, some theories of the management of the communication would be described as well as analyzed, then, the Company M would be chosen as the objective of this following research. Issues and problems which appear within both of the internal and external communication would be found out after examining the system of the communication of this company. Without any doubt, those issues will be provided with potential solutions after suggestion of the rationalization for Company M are provided which involves with the system, channels, skills and culture of the commutation.Those potential solutions form this paper dedicate themselves to solve the problems of the management of communication even the objective of this paper would focus on the Company M.
