Research On The Coupling Degree Of Domestic Tourism Revenue And Regional Soft Power In Anhui Province

Tourism is a kind of comprehensive activity,whose experience is influenced by many aspects.In addition to tourism products,the regional soft power of destination cities,such as regional culture,public services and residents' quality,can also enhance or reduce the overall experience of tourists,thereby affecting the sustainable development of local tourism industry.This paper chose the domestic tourism development in Anhui Province in recent years as the breakthrough point,and tried to explore the coupling coordination degree between domestic tourism income and regional soft power in municipal units of Anhui Province,analyzed the influencing factors,and put forward some corresponding suggestions and measures,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the regional coordinated development of domestic tourism in Anhui Province.Firstly,this paper expounded the general situation of Anhui's tourism development,and then used Gini coefficient to describe and analyze the differences of domestic tourism development of different cities in Anhui Province in the year of 2011 and 2016 respectively.The results showed that there were great regional differences.Then,drawing lessons from and synthesizing the definitions of the concept and scope of regional soft power by authoritative scholars at home and abroad,it was concluded that regional soft power is mainly composed of non-material elements such as regional culture,public services,population quality and regional image.On this basis,the evaluation index system of regional soft power was constructed.Afterwards,using the data mainly collected from the Statistical Yearbooks published by authoritative departments of Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture-level cities in 2011 and 2016,the paper carried out an empirical analysis of the regional soft power of the 16 prefecture-level cities with the help of the method of the principal component analysis.Then,based on the respective evaluation scores of regional soft power and domestic tourism income data of 16 prefecture-level cities in 2011 and 2016,the paper used coupling coordination evaluation model to estimate the degree of coordination between domestic tourism income and regional soft power.According to the calculation results,the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis between different years and different eities was earried out.Finally,the paper summarized the research results,put forward measures and suggestions,pointed out the shortcomings of the research,and looked forward to in-depth research in the future.The study finds that there is a high correlation between domestic tourism income and regional soft power.Cities with better development of regional soft power have higher domestic tourism income,and vice versa.Using the coupling coordination model to further analyze the coordination degree of the two eities,it is found that most of them are in a state of imbalance except for some cities in the central and southern regions with a high degree of coordination.From the perspective of spatial distribution,Anhui's tourism revenue,the level of regional soft power development,and the value of coupling and coordination between the two show distinct characteristics of regional block distribution,the overall decline from south to north,and the development of the north and south is unbalanced.From the time series point of view,from 2011 to 2016,half of the coupling coordination degree of 16 prefecture-level cities showed fluctuations rising,half of the fluctuations declining.Among them,the coordination degree of Wuhu City has been significantly strengthened.Domestic tourism revenue and regional soft power promote and coordinate development,ranking first in the province.In contrast,the coordination degree of Huangshan City has declined.Huangshan City still relies mainly on traditional tourism resources and fails to fully combine the advantages of regional soft power with tourism industry,resulting in the slow development of domestic tourism.Huaibei City has fallen into the moderate imbalance zone,and its domestic tourism and regional soft power construction are relatively low.Their developments are not coordinated,but mutually restrictive.
