Study On The Coupling Coordinated Development Between Urbanization Efficiency And Economic Development Level In Anhui Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,China's economic development level obtained rapid increase.At the same time,with the speeding up of urbanization process,city area needs to constantly expand to the periphery.Suburban and rural land and other resources will continue to be used.In this process,various natural resources can be used fully in relation to the level of city efficiency,and affect sustainable economic development.It can be seen that the improvement of the efficiency of urbanization and the sustainable development of economy are restricted by various factors,and how to effectively utilize the resources is very important.With the implementation of the "national new town planning(2014-2020)",the development of the city must be transform from the traditional "pie" type of development to resource-saving and friendly-environment.At the same time,in the process of urbanization,how to realize the benign interaction between urbanization and economic development has always been a hot issue in the academic field.In this paper,taking Anhui Province as the study area,through analyzing the coupling coordinated development between urbanization efficiency and economic development level in order to find out countermeasures to enhance,promote the healthy operation of the city and the rapid development of economy,so as to realize the coupling coordinated development between urbanization efficiency and economic development level.First of all,this paper selects fiscal expenditure,gross fixed investment,urban employees,urban built-up area respectively on behalf of capital,labor and land element input in the investment system.Select urbanization rate,non-agricultural output value,per capita GDP respectively represent the output system of social benefit and economic benefit index.Construct an evaluation index system of urbanization efficiency,to evaluate the efficiency of urbanization of Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture level city.At the same time,selected 13 positive indicators from the economic benefits,economic growth,economic structure,people's standard and opening-up level five aspects,establish evaluation index system of economic development level,then analysed the economic development level of Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture-level city.Secondly,through the coupled coordination model calculated the coupling coordination degree from 2000 to 2014 between the urbanization comprehensive efficiency and the economic development level of Anhui Province and its 16 prefecture-level city,then analysed the temporal and spatial change of the coupling coordination degree,then through the global Moran"s I index and local Moran scatter plot,carry the global self correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis of the coupling coordinative relationship between the urbanization efficiency and the economic development level.Finally,analysed the influencing factors of the coupling coordination degree by using the two step system GMM dynamic panel model.Through the above empirical analysis,we can draws the following conclusions:(1)The coupling coordination degree is continuous improve while regional disparity is obvious;(2)There exists positive spatial correlation between the coupling coordination degree;(3)The explanatory variables influence the coupling coordination degree are notable,the technological progress has the greatest impact.Finally,in order to promote the coordinated development between urbanization and economic development,we put forward the following suggestions:(1)Increase the expenditure of science and technology,continue to promote technological progress;(2)Optimize industrial structures and increase employment rate;(3)Increase investment in fixed assets and constantly enhance the level of opening up;(4)Properly handle the relationship between the government and the market in the allocation of resources;(5)Make great efforts to improve urbanization efficiency,achieve efficient use of resources;(6)Strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between cities,and to realize the coordinated and healthy development of the regional economy.
