Risk Management Research Of Financial Shared Service Center Of BOSCH Company

There are many issues in the model of decentralized financial management,such as high financial cost,long-term inefficient operation.In addition,this will also lead to poor supervision for headquarters of companies over the financial department and latest business development of their subsidiaries,which will become an obstacle for companies to achieving strategic goals and bring negative impact on companies.“Financial Sharing Service”can effectively solve these issues above.But it also brings risks,which can not be neglected.When companies build and operate financial sharing service center,it is necessary to establish an effective risk management system to make financial sharing service center play its role.In this paper,we take financial sharing service center of BOSCH company as the subject of case study.We analyze the current status of risk management,identify and evaluate its existing risks,and put forward concrete measures for risk management.The main contents are as follows.First,we summarize four risk affecting factors,including risk of strategic planning,organizational management change,process change and system construction,through literature summary and survey done by risk experts.In addition,we subdivide each factor to identify 20 concrete risk projects.Second,we use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation to obtain the specific weight of each risk indicator and analyze its specific manifestation and influence in financial shared service center of BOSCH.Third,we put forward specific management measures and ways to counter the risks to help financial shared service center of BOSCH play its role effectively.By studying the risk management of financial shared services center,we find that the risk management is very important to make financial shared services center play its role.What's more,different risks present themselves in different forms in different stages.In this passage,based on the experience and measures of financial shared services center of BOSCH,we summarize the advantages and analyze the shortcomings.We hope that this can not only help the financial Shared services center of BOSCH better manage risks,but also give inspiration for those companies in consideration of using financial shared service center for transformation.In addition,we also hope that the advantages and values of the model can be took advantage of to help companies reduce operating costs,optimize their management model,and promote long-term development.
