Behavior Analysis Of Poor Households Participating In Industrial Poverty Alleviation Projects

Since the reform and opening up,under the correct leadership of the CPC central committee,we have preliminarily solved the problem of food and clothing for hundreds of millions of poor people in China.At the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,the country drew a grand blueprint for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.Among them,winning the battle against poverty and lifting all the rural poor out of poverty under the current standards have been included in the 13th five-year plan as a measure of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Industrial poverty alleviation is an effective way to promote the coordinated development of poor areas and increase the income of poor households.In the context of the current academic research on industry of poverty alleviation,the attention to industry model and targeting mechanism for poverty alleviation,less attention to industry specific behavior for poverty alleviation,the behavior of the existing research,more focus on government,subject and lack of concern for poor behavior.Therefore,from the perspective of the poor households,this paper analyzes and studies the behavioral intention and behavior of the poor households in industrial poverty alleviation.By summarizing relevant studies at home and abroad,this paper,guided by anti-poverty theory,planned behavior theory,organizational behavior theory and human capital theory,studies the participation intention and behavior of poverty alleviation in crisp pear industry of poor households in ningling county by using case analysis method and qualitative and quantitative methods.Concrete steps as follows:first,to the current aiming showed the present situation of the industry specific model for poverty alleviation were analyzed,and through the analysis aiming showed industry poverty alleviation mechanism,preliminary understanding to the government,social service system,subject to the will of the poor and the behavior and the industry has a certain influence,on the basis of this puts forward influence behavior intention and behavior for poverty alleviation and poor industry Secondly,a questionnaire was designed to investigate the latent variables related to the poor households' cognitive level and their own characteristics,such as ability,behavioral norms and behavioral intention.Then,using the structural equation model to analyze the causal relationship between the latent variables,and verify the hypothesis;Finally,according to the conclusion of the research results,the corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward.According to the results,it is concluded that the factors that influence the poor to participate in industry poverty reduction behavior first,poor cognition and ability is the main factors influencing the behavior intention and behavior,so we should strengthen the poor,on the basis of publicity and education,promoting agricultural vocational education normalized development,in order to improve the cognition and ability of poor;Secondly,the behavioral intention of poor households is the main factor affecting their behavioral norms and poverty alleviation goals.Therefore,we should give consideration to the supervision of social service organizations and the driving effect of "model households" on the basis of vigorously publicizing the industrial poverty alleviation policy,so as to stimulate the initiative of poor households.Poor behavior target to the behavior of the poverty was not significant,but important in the production of products combined with practices,we should from sound code of conduct standard and establish a code of conduct incentive constraint mechanism,to ensure that the poor can be in strict accordance with the code of conduct in the production of products at the same time,the guarantee industry poverty alleviation work steadily.
