Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Poor Households' Participation In Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Henan Province Based On IAD

With the gradual improvement of poverty alleviation work,industrial poverty alleviation has become an important part of development-oriented poverty alleviation,and it has achieved fruitful results in promoting poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation is generally understood as a way to improve the local economy by developing characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas.It has reached a poverty alleviation mode with the goal of poverty alleviation.The goal is to help the local poor to get rid of poverty,and at the same time,to build a stable and sustainable poverty-stricken population.The long-term income-increasing mechanism will improve the living standards of the population in poverty-stricken areas,and while achieving poverty alleviation,it will also be able to complete the goal of entering a comprehensive well-off society.According to the new poverty alleviation standards set by the country in 2010,by the end of 2014,there are still 14 concentrated contiguous special hardship areas,592 national poverty alleviation and development key counties,128,000 poverty-stricken villages,29.485 million poor households,7017.10,000 poor people.Among them,there are 53 poverty-stricken counties,8103 poverty-stricken villages and 5.76 million rural poor people in Henan Province,and the number of poor people accounts for 8.21%of the country.To complete the task of comprehensive poverty alleviation in 2020,it is still very difficult to achieve the common prosperity of the whole society.Based on the institutional analysis and development framework,this paper studies the influencing factors of poverty-stricken households participating in industrial poverty alleviation,and explores the problems in Henan's industrial poverty alleviation projects,so as to increase the participation and benefit of poor households in industrial poverty alleviation projects.Improve the sustainable development capacity of the industry's poverty alleviation work.Based on the institutional analysis and development framework,sustainable development theory,participatory development theory and rational behavior theory,this paper uses literature analysis method and field research to study the industrial poverty alleviation problem in Henan Province.The first paper summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content and technical route of this paper.The second chapter introduces the important concepts and theoretical foundations of the paper.The third chapter introduces the current general poverty alleviation situation in Henan Province.It reviews and proposes the main problems in development.The fourth chapter is based on the IAD framework and combines the data obtained from field research to describe the process of industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province.The fifth chapter builds model index variables to influence poverty.The empirical analysis of the factors involved in industrial poverty alleviation and the conclusion:in their own situation,age,health status and work situation are the main factors affecting the participation of poor households in industrial poverty alleviation and income effects.In government behavior,the combination of project and place Situation,skill training and help mode are important factors influencing poor households' participation in industrial poverty alleviation and income effects.Chapter 6 puts forward countermeasures to improve industrial poverty alleviation projects and increase participation of poor households:to accurately identify and follow the will Targeted assistance.Actively mobilize all social capital to maximize the benefits for poor households.Improve the enthusiasm of poor households and do a good job in skills training.Construct a diversified industrial poverty alleviation model,taking into account all types of poor households.Construct a multi-agent participation platform to promote the sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation projects.
