If companies want to maintain growth or seek transformation to find new growth points,innovation is the most powerful weapon.Stale,rigid and outdated things will end prematurely in today's fast-changing internet economy.Innovation helps companies to self-renew and evolve,and maintain a high degree of flexibility,which is the source of power for effective survival and sustainable development.Studies have pointed out that employees with higher learning goal orientation tend to constantly acquire new knowledge,experience and skills,dare to try and make mistakes,and can continue to think deeply,thus promoting the occurrence of innovative behavior.Individuals with self-leadership continue to invest in innovation through selfregulation and self-motivation strategies due to their more planned and purposeful work.Trust in supervisors can make employees willing to take risks when facing leaders,and strive to use new methods and concepts to generate more innovative behaviors.Selfdetermination theory believes that when external motivation is transformed into intrinsic motivation,individuals are more willing to choose to implement behaviors that are beneficial to the environment or others.Therefore,this paper takes the learning goal orientation as the independent variable,selects self-leadership as a mediator variable,and trust in supervisors as a moderator variable to explore its influence mechanism on employee innovative behavior.In this research,307 valid questionnaires were collected for knowledge workers in Jiangsu and Shanghai.Specifically,I used AMOS software for conducting confirmatory factor analyses that include reliability and construct validity.Then I took use of SPSS software for data descriptive statistics.Finally,hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)The learning goal orientation has a significant positive impact on employee innovative behavior.(2)Self-leadership partially mediates the effect of learning goal orientation on employee innovative behavior.(3)Trust in supervisors has a significant negative moderating effect for the positive correlation between employee selfleadership and employee innovative behavior.In the end,the paper summarizes the research and points out the shortcomings in the research,and finally provides theoretical and practical suggestions for enterprises to stimulate and guide employees' innovative behavior.
