With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy and the attention to innovation of various countries in the world,China is also in the big wave of innovation.Innovation has brought tremendous opportunities and challenges for China's current development.As we can see,"China Made 2025" and "Intelligent Manufacturing" and other development strategies are thoroughly implemented.China's four new inventions,drones,smart phones and other "Chinese intellectual creation" are undoubtedly also revealed that China has entered the era of innovation."Innovation" has become the main theme of national economic development,and innovation capability have become the company's core competitiveness.For enterprises,human resources have become the most precious resource.The individual's innovative performance is the foundation of the company's innovation and development.However,innovation is a complex and challenging process.Innovative performance encompasses a series of processes ranging from the creation of innovative ideas to the realization of innovative results.Companies want to excavate the impact of individual's innovative performance,so as to grasp the conditions and measures that can improve innovative performance.The social psychology researchers believe that innovative activities start from the individual,and the intrinsic characteristics of the individual are the fundamental force to drive the innovative behavior.However,except for the individual characteristics,the driving effect is also influenced by the environmental factors.At the same time,the stimulating effect of environmental factors on innovation are closely related to the individual perception characteristics.Therefore,what kind of individual traits can help promote innovative performance? Which way do environmental factors establish connections with individual characteristics and innovative performance through? This study will explore it.In addition,the process of innovation is often accompanied by uncertainty.What kind of behavior can help to adapt to the environment and improve the innovative performance when individuals face a changeable and innovative environment?In recent years,there is no emphasis on the importance of feedback in books about organizational management,such as "Working Methods of HUAWEI","How Google Works" and "Biography of Tencent ".However,the traditional "top-down" feedback can not meet the needs of innovation development.In view of this,this study shifts the attention to the feedback seeking behavior of the employees,and expects to explore the role of this behavior in the process of individual innovative performance.This research starts from the management practice,excavates the valuable research topic based on the management reality,and collects the existing research results at home and abroad,combs the research status,and determines the final research content.In order to make the research more valuable,this study selects the employees of high-tech enterprises as the object to carry on the empirical research.Obviously,the employees from this types of enterprises are more closely related to innovation activities.What's more,this research uses the statistical analysis software such as SPSS 22 and AMOS 21 to analyze the collected sample data,and finally draws the conclusion:(1)The learning goal orientation and innovative performance are positively correlated;(2)The learning goal orientation and feedback seeking behavior(both two dimensions)are positively correlated;(3)Feedback seeking behavior(both two dimensions)and innovative performance are positively correlated;(4)Monitoring feedback seeking behavior partially mediates the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative performance;(5)The organizational innovation climate positively moderates the relationship between learning goal orientation and innovative performance.
