Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China's economy has brought more employment opportunities and jobs,and the phenomenon of "ob hopping" is becoming more and more serious,and the flow rate of talents is high.In this era of knowledge as the main productive force,if enterprises want to not be eliminated in the fierce competition,it is necessary to recruit as many knowledge workers as possible and do a good job in human resources.Under the influence of economic globalization,competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into competition for talent.Although all enterprises are trying to recruit soldiers,try to strive for talent and improve the share of their own knowledge type employees,but how to retain talent after the talent is a problem that makes the enterprise puzzled.Knowledge workers have higher educational background and have more choices in employment.In order to improve their own value and gain greater benefits,knowledge workers tend to keep job hopping and have low loyalty to the enterprise.This causes the enterprises to continue to retrain new employees,cause the waste of time,and the loss of talent may cause the loss of customers,key technology,even lead to the lack of enterprise development strength,low competitiveness,gradually eliminated.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the loyalty degree of knowledge workers to enterprises,to clear the status of loyalty of knowledge workers,to find out the causes of this phenomenon and to give suggestions for the solution,and to the healthy development and competitiveness of the enterprises.In order to study the influencing factors of the loyalty of knowledge workers in enterprises,this article takes Juxin company as an example to conduct an investigation and analysis,the main job is to do the following:(1).This paper introduces the theories of employee loyalty measurement,influencing factors and employee motivation.(2).Taking Juxin company as an example,the loyalty of knowledge workers in the enterprise is studied,and the influencing factors of employee loyalty are investigated and analyzed.(3).In order to solve the problem of employee loyalty in Juxin company,some valuable suggestions are put forward.
