Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Employee Loyalty

Recently, Knowledge worker are more and more important. At the same time, Knowledge worker job hopping rate is high, along with a great personnel flow frequency. Employees and enterprises should strive to build win-win model. But the relationship converts to a double-deficit model because of the high job hopping rate. So the enterprise management and human resources manager have to think about ways to improve employee loyalty. Therefore, management practices have a new problem. Such as, how can we improve the loyalty of knowledge workers in China? How many influencing factors about loyalty of knowledge on enterprise level?Knowledge worker is different from the non-knowledge employee in values, personal needs and human characteristics, etc. In order to retain and supervise the knowledge worker, managers should be conscious their characteristics and needs, break the old management experience, use advanced management concept.Taking the knowledge employees as the object, this paper reviews the previous related research, and summed up some influencing factors. Theoretical assumption was constructed from three respects of leadership characteristics, organizational context and working conditions on enterprise level. Based on empirical research, we test theoretical assumption and analyze the chief influencing factors which affect the loyalty of knowledge employee. Finally, we use regression analysis to further explore the influencing factors of three dimensions. The purpose of this article is through a series empirical research to make enterprise management level comprehensive understanding of influencing factor loyalty and provide the theoretical basis and advice for the practice of management.
