With the deepening of the market economy,the banking industry is also developing and progressing continuously.However,in recent years,the flow of talent in the banking industry has been increasing continuously,which has led to the decline of service level and the decrease of customer satisfaction.Improve employee loyalty,enterprises can reduce the cost and improve business efficiency.Especially as the banking industry,a service type so special business,front-line staff is the largest number of employees in the bank,and most of the proceeds from the bank are from front-line staff.So that front-line employee loyalty to JS Bank in this fierce competition in the victory played a decisive role.To improve the loyalty of front-line staff,the key is to find out the factors that affect the employee’s loyalty in the JS bank,so as to formulate the corresponding strategy to enhance employee loyalty,the research for JS bank to retain talent,enhance market competitive advantage Has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the study of employee loyalty concept theory,employee loyalty measurement method and employee loyalty factors,this paper designs the interview questionnaire and questionnaire,Loyalty status quo conducted a detailed investigation.Through the survey results,we found JS bank frontline staff loyalty overall low.Among them,the main factors that affect the employee loyalty of JS Bank are promotion and development,leadership style and management,salary and welfare,training factors,corporate culture,enterprise status and prospects,interpersonal relationship and working environment.Then,according to these factors,I set out the corresponding strategy to enhance the employee’s loyalty of JS bank,and provide reference for the brain drain of other commercial banks.JS bank image and JS bank’s vitality is often through the front-line staff to serve the customer’s attitude and their professional level to decide.At the same time,front-line staff or JS Bank development of an important reserve force.To this end,the author through the analysis of JS bank employees loyalty performance,the problems and challenges of its research and discussion.It is found that it needs to be optimized and improved at the staff level,the enterprise level and the social level.In the process of making recommendations,the author combined with his own practical work experience from the staff’s own level,the enterprise’s own level and social level to develop front-line staff loyalty promotion strategy.I hope to provide advice and suggestions for the loyalty management of JS bank employees.
