At present, two major problems have been plaguing the human resources management of private enterprises. They are the knowledge of the brain drain problem and remain stable high-quality stock of human resources. High rate of flow of knowledge workers in enterprise, it shows the enterprises lack a stable workforce. It shows the staff of the enterprise to the lack of loyalty,if they are lossed will cause a great impact on the organization running. So improve knowledge worker loyalty has become the era of knowledge economy of each organization are problems to be solved, all the ultimate goals of the organization and management activities to be pursued.This article from factor analysis of the impact of private enterprise knowledge worker loyalty to study, against to the characteristics of knowledge workers to conduct research on the loyalty of the private enterprises.Try to explaine the high loyalty of knowledge workers and the implicit value of future earnings. It emphasises on the management by strengthening the loyalty of knowledge workers to achieve the purpose of reducing the knowledge the staff turnover rate.First,we defined the concept of private enterprise knowledge worker loyalty management. We study it from three aspects of the enterprise itself, the social and environmental factors, the loyalty of the employees. Second, in order to find out the important factors to affect the loyalty of knowledge workers, author summarized the many factors to extracte some of the author believes that valuable factors. In order to obtain valuable datas,we use tools of the preliminary survey and formal survey to survey some factors.At the end, the author to collect data to analyze and verify the purpose of the author.I think to find out only a preliminary stage of the related factors, so I raised through their own analysis of the points still plain measures, attempt to to solve the problem of Chinese private enterprise knowledge worker low loyalty. Hope that the point or points to bring some help for businesses and employees.
